Description
The caliber’s detractors claim that the 380 Auto is insufficient to reliably end a violent altercation, but it’s certainly powerful enough to start one — see the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand for proof of that. One shot from a FN Model 1910 chambered in 380 Auto was more than enough to start the bloodiest conflict the world ever saw.
This round is better suited for shooting targets and tin cans than Archdukes. Its 95 grain non-expanding projectile is swathed in a concentric layer of copper for optimal functionality in a semi-automatic, the prevention of barrel leading, and accurate flight downrange. Federal also gave this round a reloadable new production brass casing, as well as the non-corrosive primer that indefinite storage calls for. This Black Pack holds a whopping 200 cartridges — fire them all in one go, and you’ll be skilled enough to start any number of global conflicts. But please don’t, as no one would appreciate you for doing so.
