410 Bore – #8 Shot – Aguila – 25 Rounds Ammo
Quantity – 25 Rounds
Manufacturer – Aguila
Load – 2-1/2” 1/#8 Shot
Description
Although the 410 Bore has recently earned a reputation as a self-defense shotshell thanks to the arrival of revolvers like the Judge and the Governor, we prefer its original image – a leisurely shotshell, good for popping clays among friends or defending one’s garden from pestiferous bunny rabbits.
This shotshell by Aguila takes the 410 Bore back to its humble roots. It is loaded with half an ounce of #8 shot, which you would find of little use for self-defense but of exceptional utility for trap and sporting clays. Those 0.09” diameter pellets also do a swell job of downing small birds, as they don’t wreak quite enough havoc to butcher a delicate trophy.
Aguila is based down in Mexico. Their rimfire ammo is beloved by shooters throughout the U.S., and they apply the same attention to detail that has won them so much favor to their shotgun ammo as well. These shells have hard lead shot and high quality wads to promote dense patterns, sensitive primers and fast burning propellant to promote consistent ignition, and strong hulls which you’ll find handy at the reloading bench.
