Description
This 7.62x39mm ammunition from Tula is an ideal choice for AK and SKS rifles. With a steel case and a copper-steel alloy jacket, these rounds are very similar to those for which these famously dependable guns were designed. However, they do have a couple modern enhancements including polymer case coatings for reduced friction in the magazine and non-corrosive Berdan primers that produce less of a cleaning burden on the user.
Each cartridge in this bulk priced case of 1,000 (divided into 10 boxes of 100 rounds each) fires a 124 grain hollow point bullet. The hollow point used in this ammo is a simple, inexpensive design that still offers much better terminal ballistics on game than full metal jacket and can serve well for low-budge thunting.
Tula ammunition, as the name suggests, is loaded in the city of Tula, Russia.
